A Whole New (du) World

In a strategic initiative, Growl Media partnered with du, a telecom giant in the Middle East, to overhaul their visual identity. The challenge was to establish an exclusive illustration and animation style that resonated uniquely with du, moving away from their previous varied and non-distinctive styles. This project aimed to encapsulate the world of du’s customers in a captivating and “du”stinctive manner, leveraging the power of visual storytelling.

The Work

A Visual Revolution

Collaborating with Bellwether Brands, we meticulously developed an illustration style and a 60-second animation. This pioneering work, complete with a custom music score and sound design, was not just a creative endeavor but a standard-setting guideline for future company animations. Our efforts were recognized with a Gold Award at the Transform Awards 2017 for Best Use of a Visual Property, a testament to the groundbreaking impact of our work in redefining du’s brand imagery.
